2. How to customize my requirements? 
Query - Send us your requirements (layout, design, etc.) - Select the design you like and we will provide suggestions for each aspect of your project - If necessary, 3D rendering can be done - Confirm the order - Make the deposit payment - Production - Delivery. 

3. What is your minimum order quantity? 
We can offer you a wide range of products without any minimum order quantity requirement. 

4. When is the delivery time after I place the order? 
This depends on the specific product and can range from 25 to 35 days. Once the order is confirmed, the exact delivery time will be specified in the proforma invoice. 

5. When is the shipping time for my product after it has been dispatched? 
When we receive your order confirmation and the agreed deposit, the goods will be stocked in our overseas warehouse within approximately 15-20 days, and will be ordered in bulk from our domestic factory within 35-40 days. 

6. What is your sample policy? 
We offer sample orders to some of our customers. Sample fees and shipping costs are required, but we will deduct the sample fees from your bulk order. 

7. What types of payment do you accept? 
Cash, Alipay express delivery custody, Paypal, Western Union remittance, MoneyGram, bank transfer and L/C are all available.
